Refund policy

Returns of non personalised items are accepted within 14 days of receipt provided they are returned in the condition in which they were sent.

A refund will be issued only upon receipt of the returned items and paid via PayPal. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and refunds will not include the original postage costs unless the items received were faulty.

Returns of personalised items are not accepted and no refunds will be issued unless the item arrives in a faulty condition. If this is the case we request that a photo is sent of the item exactly as it arrived. The item must then be returned in the exact condition that it arrived in along with it's original packaging, items that have been tampered with or attempted to be repaired will not be eligible for a refund. Once we have received the item back we will refund the cost of the item, the original postage cost and the return postage cost.
